Acadia Rate Limits

Acadia (Epicor) does not publish API rate limits. The Platform API is delivered under enterprise contracts; throttling, quotas, and burst behavior are tenant-specific and provided in technical onboarding documentation rather than on a public docs page.

Acadia Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Acadia on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

The profile also includes 2 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include Connected Worker, Knowledge Management, Manufacturing, Skills Management, and Training.

Policies

Tenant-Specific
Throttling and concurrency limits are configured per tenant during onboarding; clients should consult the technical contact at Epicor / Acadia for the contractual values.
Backoff
Standard guidance is to apply exponential backoff with jitter on 429 responses and honor any Retry-After header returned.
