Wm Plans Pricing
WM does not sell or price API access separately. The api.wm.com Customer API is a free integration surface made available to WM's existing commercial, industrial, and municipal waste/recycling service customers and their integration partners, so they can pull the same account data (services, pricing, invoices, balance, contacts, cases, tickets) shown in the WM customer portal into their own systems. There is no self-serve signup, no published per-call or per-tier price list, and no free trial key - access is granted case-by-case after WM reviews a request sent to apiaccess@wm.com describing the integration and the resources needed. The underlying waste hauling, recycling, and disposal services are priced and contracted separately through WM's commercial sales process, entirely outside of the API.
Wm Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for WM on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.
It defines 1 plan, covering enterprise tiers, with named plans including Partner / Customer API Access.

Plans
The only access model WM documents. An existing or prospective commercial/enterprise waste-service customer, or an integration partner acting on their behalf, emails apiaccess@wm.com describing the integration and requested resources. WM issues a ClientId and JWT credentials for approved requests; there is no published fee for API access itself.
