Whova Plans Pricing
Whova does not publish list pricing. Cost is quote-based and determined per event by size, format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), duration, and the bundle of modules selected (event app, registration/ticketing, marketing, etc.); organizers request a price quote and are assigned a representative. Whova offers a free ticketing plan for free events (no charge to the organizer). There is no separate, published API plan or API pricing - the only programmatic access is the Zapier CRM integration, which carries no documented standalone API fee and is available to paying organizers within the platform.
