Toss Payments Plans Pricing
Toss Payments does not sell tiered API subscription plans; it is a payment gateway that earns per-transaction processing fees. There is no charge for API access itself - you pay a percentage (and/or fixed) fee on the value of each approved transaction, varying by payment method (card, easy-pay wallet, virtual account, bank transfer, mobile phone) and negotiated per merchant contract. Onboarding is via a merchant application; test credentials (test_sk_ / test_ck_ keys) are available immediately in the Developer Center for integration before a live contract. Card processing fees are publicly cited around 4.3% (including 10% VAT) for direct sign-up, but the effective rate depends on the card merchant agreement, industry/sales category, and merchant grade. Exact per-method rates are contract-specific and not fully public, so they are not reconciled here.
