Tickettailor Plans Pricing
Ticket Tailor does not sell software subscriptions or seats. The platform and its API are free to use; Ticket Tailor makes money on a low per-ticket fee for paid tickets. Setting up a box office is free, and the first five ticket sales are free. Free events are free to run (a small allowance applies only to very high-volume free organizers). There are two ways to pay for paid tickets - a simple pay-as-you-sell per-ticket rate, or cheaper pre-paid credit bundles bought in advance. Organizers can pass the booking fee on to buyers so they keep the full face value. The same account and pricing apply whether tickets are sold through the hosted box office or programmatically via the API. Prices below are list prices (excluding VAT) and should be reconciled against the live pricing page.

Plans
Sell free tickets at no cost for the vast majority of organizers. A usage allowance applies only to very high-volume free events (roughly above 2,000 free tickets per year); most box offices stay well under this and pay nothing.
- Hosted Box Office
- Full REST API Access
- Check-in and Scanning
Pay a flat per-ticket fee only when a paid ticket sells, with no upfront commitment. The first five ticket sales on a new box office are free; from the sixth paid ticket, standard per-ticket rates apply.
- No Upfront Cost
- First Five Sales Free
- Pass Fees to Buyers
Buy ticket credits in advance in bundles to lower the effective per-ticket cost. The more credits purchased up front, the lower the per-ticket rate, down to as little as 0.30 USD per ticket.
- Discounted Per-Ticket Rate
- Credits Bought in Advance
- Pass Fees to Buyers
