Published subscription pricing for TherapyNotes, the behavioral-health practice management and EHR platform. Pricing is per clinician per month with unlimited non-clinical users (practice administrators, schedulers, billers) on group accounts. A 30-day free trial is offered. These are the platform subscription plans, NOT API access plans - TherapyNotes does not sell or publish any developer/API plan because it has no public API. Plans
For a single solo clinician. Includes core documentation, scheduling, client portal, and basic telehealth.
For group practices. First clinician at 79/month, each additional clinician at 50/month, with unlimited non-clinical users (Practice Administrators, Schedulers, and Billers).
Same rates as the Group plan but requires at least 30 users on the account. Qualifying accounts are assigned a designated account manager.
