Runwayml Plans Pricing
The Runway developer API is billed on a prepaid credit model, separate from the Runway web-app consumer subscriptions. You create a developer organization in the dev portal, purchase credits at roughly $0.01 per credit, and each generation task consumes credits according to model and output length. There is no free/anonymous API tier - the free credits Runway grants are tied to the consumer app, not guaranteed for API use.
