Respond Plans Pricing
Respond.io sells tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced, and Enterprise) billed monthly or annually, with a base allotment of included users and Monthly Active Contacts (MAC). Contacts that send or receive a message in a billing month count as MAC; usage beyond the included MAC is charged as an overage. The Developer API is available on Growth and above. Per-channel messaging costs (e.g. WhatsApp conversation fees) and applicable taxes are passed through separately. Values below reflect publicly listed annual pricing and are not reconciled against a signed quote.
