Phorest sells its salon/spa management platform on a per-business, quote-based subscription - not a published self-serve price list. Salon/spa businesses choose among Starter, Grow, Complete Advantage (Phorest's "most popular" tier), and Elite; med-spa businesses choose between Core Aesthetics and Elevate Aesthetics. All tiers include unlimited devices and unlimited staff logins; higher tiers add online reputation management, staff goals, client referrals, salon-branded iOS/Android apps, two-way SMS, and memberships. Every plan meters outbound SMS at a discounted per-message rate, with a monthly free-SMS allowance that scales by tier. The Phorest API itself carries no separate published fee - it operates against the same account and business/branch data the salon already pays for - but third-party software vendors integrating with Phorest as a partner may be charged an integration fee, and Phorest separately charges a small per-booking fee on bookings made through Online Booking.
