Pangea uses a pay-as-you-go model with a free tier: projects start with a complimentary monthly balance (a documented ~$5/month credit) and are then billed per service against usage. Each service meters differently - data scanned (AI Guard, Prompt Guard, Redact, Sanitize), monthly active users (AuthN, AuthZ), log operations and retention (Secure Audit Log), requests per provider (IP/Domain/URL Intel, File Scan), and storage plus operations (Vault, Secure Share). There are no fixed Developer / Pro tiers; usage above the free balance is billed at published per-service rates.
