Oura Plans Pricing

Oura Ring API access is available to developers at no additional per-call charge. Access to the API requires an active Oura membership for Gen3 and Oura Ring 4 users. Generation 2 ring owners retain API access without membership requirements. Developers register an OAuth2 application through the Oura developer portal to obtain client credentials.

Personal Access free

Free API access for individual Oura Ring users via personal access tokens or OAuth2. Allows reading of personal health data including sleep, activity, readiness, heart rate, and other biometric metrics.

Developer Application free

OAuth2 application registration for third-party developers building integrations. Registered applications receive a Client ID and Client Secret to facilitate OAuth2 authorization code flow for end-user data access.
