The next-generation Opentrons liquid handling robot. Includes full access to the HTTP API (port 31950), Python Protocol API, Protocol Designer, and Protocol Library at no additional software cost. Supports 1-channel, 8-channel, and 96-channel interchangeable pipettes, modular gripper, and a wide range of hardware modules.
The Opentrons OT-2 is the earlier-generation liquid handling robot. Includes full access to the HTTP API and Python Protocol API. The HTTP API was introduced in software version 5.0.
Pre-configured Opentrons Flex workstation bundle optimized for next-generation sequencing workflows.
Optional paid service for custom protocol development by the Opentrons team. Available through the Opentrons shop.
