Access is self-service (API key issued in the Telegram bot, no signup form) and commercial terms are per-order: every order is quoted live via GET /v1/pricing (amount + currency, with a valid_until re-quote hint) and settled by its own on-chain payment in GRAM or USDT (TON); USDT quotes carry an explicit processing-fee breakdown (FeeBreakdown in the OpenAPI, added v1.8.0). Consumer pack prices are published on mystars.tg but tenant API pricing is quote-based, not tiered.
