Mindbody Plans Pricing
Mindbody prices its core business management software per location per month, with three subscription tiers (Starter, Accelerate, Ultimate). API access is bundled into every paid Mindbody business plan rather than sold as a separate product line — partners use API keys issued through the Developer Portal, and every Mindbody site they integrate with must hold an active business subscription. Public API usage is metered on top of the base subscription: the first 1,000 API calls per day are free for each live site, and overage calls are billed at approximately one third of a US cent ($0.003) per call. Payments, SMS, and marketplace discovery carry separate transaction fees, and "branded mobile app" and similar premium features are paid add-ons.
