Hitpay Plans Pricing

HitPay uses a pay-per-transaction model with no setup, subscription, or monthly fees on its core payment gateway - businesses only pay when a payment is successfully processed. Fees vary by payment method and by online vs. in-person (POS) acceptance. Rates below are HitPay Singapore (SGD) published rates for 2026; other markets (Malaysia, Philippines, etc.) and hardware terminals are priced separately.

Online Payments (pay-per-transaction) usage

Per-transaction fees for online / API-collected payments in Singapore (SGD). No monthly or setup fee.

PayNow (online) (transaction · transaction) 0.65% + S$0.30 (approx; ~0.9% min S$0.20 on small transactions) USD
Domestic Cards (transaction · transaction) 2.8% + S$0.50 USD
International Cards (transaction · transaction) 3.65% + S$0.50 (+2% for foreign currency) USD
GrabPay (transaction · transaction) 2.2% USD
In-Person / POS Payments usage

Per-transaction fees for in-person point-of-sale acceptance in Singapore (SGD).

PayNow (in-person) (transaction · transaction) 0.4% (S$0.10 minimum) USD
Domestic Cards (in-person) (transaction · transaction) 2.5% (S$0.20 minimum) USD
GrabPay (in-person) (transaction · transaction) 2.2% USD
Refunds usage

No additional fee is charged to process a refund; however the original transaction fees are non-refundable.
