Freshteam Plans Pricing
Freshteam was sold on a per-employee-per-month model with a flat monthly platform fee on paid tiers - a Free tier plus Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. The API was included with the subscription; there was no separate API fee. The figures below reflect widely published Freshteam pricing prior to the end-of-life announcement and are not reconciled against a live pricing page, because Freshworks has closed Freshteam to new subscriptions and renewals as of March 7, 2026. Existing customers keep access at their contracted rate through the end of their term (reported through approximately April 2027).
