Databricks Asset Bundles Plans Pricing
Databricks pricing as the provider publishes it. This file replaces a 2026-05-04 scaffold that invented Free / Professional / Enterprise tiers with monthly API-request quotas and per-request overage — none of which Databricks sells. Databricks does not price API requests at all: it prices consumption in DBUs, billed per second, pay-as-you-go. Declarative Automation Bundles themselves carry no charge; the CLI and the bundle configuration surface are free, and cost is incurred by whatever compute the deployed jobs, pipelines and endpoints consume.
Databricks Asset Bundles Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Databricks Asset Bundles on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.
It defines 4 plans, covering free, trial, usage-based, and enterprise tiers, with named plans including Free Edition, Free trial, Pay-as-you-go, Committed Use Contract.
Tagged areas include CI/CD, Databricks, Deployment, Infrastructure as Code, and Pricing.
Plans
A permanent no-cost Databricks workspace "designed for students, educators, hobbyists, and anyone interested in learning or experimenting." Serverless only and quota limited. Bundles can be deployed into it.
Free access to the Databricks Data + AI Platform. The pricing page does not state the trial length, so none is recorded here.
Consumption billing in DBUs at per-second granularity, priced per product and per cloud. The pricing page references a separate Price List rather than displaying per-DBU dollar figures inline, so no per-DBU rate is recorded here.
Discounts in exchange for committing to a usage level. The page states "Contact us for details" — pricing is sales-gated.
