The public REST API at api.conceptnet.io is available to anyone at no cost under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. Unlimited, unauthenticated access to the ConceptNet REST API hosted at api.conceptnet.io. No registration or API key is required. Rate limits apply to ensure fair use across all users.

Self-Hosted

Download and run ConceptNet locally using the open-source Python codebase. Requires a Unix environment, Python 3.5+, and 30 GB RAM. No rate limits apply to local instances.
