Brushfire Plans Pricing
Brushfire does not price the API separately - the REST API at api.brushfire.com is a free capability of a Brushfire account, and an App Key is requested at no charge from developer.brushfire.com/key. Brushfire's commercial model is a per-ticket fee (plus credit-card processing) rather than a subscription, with fees varying by organization type. Published fees at review time - Attractions and Education $0.75 per ticket; general/other events $1.50 per ticket; faith organizations $1 + 1% per ticket; and a $299/mo option for churches under 1,500 weekly attendance. Free tickets are typically free to issue. Card processing runs through Stripe or Square at their standard rates on top of the Brushfire fee. Organizations can pass fees to attendees, absorb them, or build a custom structure. No setup fees and no monthly contracts.
