Braze Plans Pricing
Braze publishes four named platform editions and NO prices. Every tier is quote-only ("Get pricing" / "Talk to an expert"). Cost is a function of monthly active users (MAUs) plus Action Credits — a single pooled currency spent across channels and AI features, where each action consumes a different number of credits (Braze's own example: an SMS costs 1 credit, a WhatsApp message 5). There is no free tier, no self-serve signup, and no published overage rate.
