Airbase Plans Pricing

Airbase (now Airbase by Paylocity) does not publish self-serve, public list pricing for its spend management platform or its developer API. Airbase is sold as quote-based SaaS: plans are historically packaged around company size and the modules in use (AP automation / bill pay, guided procurement, corporate cards, expense reimbursements), with pricing obtained by requesting a demo/quote from sales. The developer API is not a separately metered, price-listed product - it is an entitlement of the platform used to build custom connections. Following the October 1, 2024 Paylocity acquisition, packaging is increasingly aligned with Paylocity's HCM + spend suite. No numeric rates are reconciled here.

Airbase Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Airbase on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

It defines 2 plans, covering enterprise and free tiers, with named plans including Airbase Platform (Quote-Based), Developer / Sandbox Access.

Tagged areas include Spend Management, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Corporate Cards, and Paylocity.

Airbase Platform (Quote-Based) enterprise

Contract-priced spend management platform. Packaging historically reflects company size and the modules enabled (AP automation / bill pay, guided procurement and purchase orders, corporate cards, expense reimbursements) with real-time GL sync. Pricing is obtained by requesting a demo/quote.

Platform Subscription (contract · year) contact sales for a quote USD
Developer / Sandbox Access free

A free developer/sandbox account and OAuth playground are referenced on the Airbase developer portal for building and testing integrations. This is developer access, not a priced platform tier; production API use requires an Airbase/Paylocity account.

Developer Sandbox (access · month) free (developer/sandbox access; account-gated) USD
