x-description: OpenAPI Overlay 1.0.0 capturing API Evangelist enrichments for this spec. It adds runtime
semantics Snap documents in prose but does not express in the contract — rate limits, cursor pagination,
partial-success responses, and the absence of idempotency. Apply it to the spec; never mutate the
    original.
