PayTabs · FinOps Profile

Paytabs Finops

FinOps view of PayTabs spend. Unlike metered API providers, PayTabs cost is driven by payment-acceptance economics: a per-transaction merchant discount rate (percentage, sometimes plus a fixed fee) that varies by region, card scheme and negotiated volume, optional setup/annual fees, plus operational costs from refunds, chargebacks and currency conversion. Settlement currency and rate depend on the region host and acquiring setup.

Paytabs Finops is the FinOps profile for PayTabs on the APIs.io network, aligned with the FinOps Foundation Framework.

It defines 5 billable meters, billed in Regional (SAR, AED, EGP, USD, etc.), on a per-settlement / monthly cycle, and pricing category transaction-based.

The profile maps 8 FOCUS columns for cost-allocation reporting.

Tagged areas include Payments, Payment Gateway, MENA, FinOps, and Cost Management.
