eLearn LTI 1.3 Platform (Moodle)
eLearn, the university's Moodle learning management system on its own registrable domain, acts as an LTI 1.3 platform. Verified live 2026-09-01: /mod/lti/certs.php returns HTTP 200 with a JSON Web Key Set carrying one RSA key (alg RS256, kid 9b45a1370943b0323a6b), /mod/lti/auth.php responds HTTP 200, and /mod/lti/token.php returns HTTP 400 to a parameterless GET. Moodle's REST web service endpoint is enabled and returns its standard missingparam fault without a wstoken. Unauthenticated access to the LMS itself redirects to the university's Microsoft Entra ID tenant over SAML 2.0. The LTI implementation is Moodle's; the deployment, the keys and the tool registrations are the institution's. This is the estate's evidence for the `lti` domain standard in the Kin Score education regime.
