CourseLeaf's machine-readable "ribbit" endpoint is live and returns the institution's own course data - probed 2026-09-01, GET /ribbit/index.cgi?page=getcourse.rjs&code=CSI%202110 returned HTTP 200 text/xml with the full CSI 2110 course block. The DATA is uOttawa's; the CONTRACT is Leepfrog's, so no spec is saved under this institution. Recorded as a tenant relationship because a course catalogue is a real institutional surface class.
