The institution's current research information system, an Elsevier Pure tenant (tenant id "ulisbon") presented on a ulisboa.pt hostname. The relationship is real and is recorded here; the CONTRACT is Elsevier's and is deliberately NOT saved into this repository. This is precisely the surface class that caused one Figshare contract to be attributed to 25 institutions in the June 2026 cohort, and here it is dressed as an institution host. The Pure Web Service OpenAPI at /ws/api/524/openapi.yaml returns 401 "Please provide a valid API key for access"; the anonymous OAI-PMH endpoint at /ws/oai is open and OpenAIRE CERIF 1.2 compatible, with an earliest datestamp of 2023-09-18.
