The Quality of Government Institute at the University of Gothenburg publishes open-access governance datasets (Standard, Basic, OECD, EU Regional and original datasets) as direct file downloads in CSV, SPSS and Stata, plus an interactive Data Finder at datafinder.qog.gu.se for browsing categories, sources, datasets and variables. Institution-operated — both surfaces are on gu.se hosts — but NOT an API: re-probed 2026-09-01, the downloads page and the Data Finder both returned HTTP 200 HTML, and no REST endpoint, no OpenAPI, no sign-up and no keyed access were found. Recorded honestly as a data surface without a contract.
