Its SAML 2.0 metadata is published on the university's host (entityID https://mylogin.uni-freiburg.de/shibboleth, OrganizationDisplayName "Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg", scope uni-freiburg.de) and is carried in the signed DFN-AAI production IdP aggregate, which feeds eduGAIN. A federation is shared by definition; the IdP behind this entry is the institution's own.
