Dipòsit Digital REST API (DSpace 7)

DSpace 7.6.6 REST API for the Dipòsit Digital de la Universitat de Barcelona, UB's institutional repository of teaching, research and institutional output, on UB's own host. The API root advertised HAL links for items, collections, communities, bitstreams and authentication and returned HTTP 200 on 2026-06-03. On 2026-09-01 the entire diposit.ub.edu host returned an Apache "503 Service Unavailable" maintenance page on every probe, over both HTTP and HTTPS and across six attempts. The surface is retained because it is genuinely UB's and the outage reads as maintenance rather than retirement, but it is DEGRADED and must be re-probed before it is credited. DSpace is open-source software UB hosts itself; no DSpace product contract is saved under this institution.
