The Identify verb returned repository name and OAI-PMH 2.0 metadata on 2026-06-03. Returned HTTP 503 on every probe on 2026-09-01 along with the rest of the diposit.ub.edu host. Retained as a real UB surface, marked degraded pending re-probe.
