The collection is real and it is UB's — alias UB, id 6, name "Universitat de Barcelona", affiliation UB, contact crai-recerca@ub.edu, permissionRoot true — but the Dataverse API contract belongs to CSUC and to the Dataverse project, not to UB, so no Dataverse spec is saved here. Recorded as the tenant relationship it is. The /api/ paths were reachable at the start of the 2026-09-01 run and then began 302-redirecting to a CSUC Google Sites landing page under request rate, which reads as a live 200 if the redirect is followed blindly; the human collection URL stayed HTTP 200 throughout.
