The Primo and Alma REST APIs are Ex Libris products gated behind developer.exlibrisgroup.com keys issued to the institution, not published by it. Recorded as a tenancy; no Ex Libris contract is held under this slug. A stale artefact of this move is visible in the UK federation: Aberdeen still has an SP registered under entityID https://primo.abdn.ac.uk/shib whose ACS endpoints all point at primo.abdn.ac.uk, a hostname that no longer resolves. The federation record is live (MDQ returns 200, 6590 bytes); the service behind it is not.
