EBI Proteins REST API

The EMBL-EBI Proteins API provides integrated access to UniProt protein annotations alongside large-scale study data including variation data from 1000 Genomes, ClinVar, ExAC, COSMIC, gnomAD, and TCGA; proteomics evidence from PeptideAtlas and MaxQB; antigen and epitope annotations; and coordinate mappings. Rate-limited to 200 requests per second per user.
