TARA OAI-PMH (Trinity's Access to Research Archive)

TARA is Trinity's open-access institutional repository, a DSpace deployment on Trinity's own host (www.tara.tcd.ie) with its own DataCite repository registration, TCD.TARA. It exposes an OAI-PMH interface harvested by RIAN and OpenAIRE. Host and content are Trinity's; the OAI-PMH implementation is DSpace's, so no vendor contract is saved here. On 2026-09-01 both /oai/request and /server/oai/request returned a Cloudflare 403 interstitial to an unattended client with a browser User-Agent — live, not dead, and not machine-callable.
