Syndica Solana RPC (WebSocket) API

Standard Solana RPC PubSub WebSocket service supporting accountSubscribe, programSubscribe, signatureSubscribe, slotSubscribe, blockSubscribe, logsSubscribe, and rootSubscribe. Provides a drop-in replacement for `wss://api.mainnet-beta.solana.com` with Syndica's edge routing, validator consolidation, and per-credential rate limits.
