  layer also exposes __tcfapi command surface (ping, getTCData, addEventListener, removeEventListener,
  getCustomVendorConsents, getVendorPurposeMapping, postRejectAll, postCustomConsent) plus the tcData
  object and euconsentWithDisclosedVendors helper.
