Sectra FHIRcast Interface

Clinical context synchronization using the FHIRcast standard, which Sectra helped originate (with Epic) and for which Sectra published the first open-source sandbox and reference implementation under the FHIRcast GitHub organization. Enables driven-context events (e.g. patient/study open, close) to keep the Sectra viewer in sync with the EMR and other clinical applications.
