Bloqade Shuttle and Lanes Compilation SDKs

Bloqade Shuttle is the SDK for simulating and running neutral-atom programs with explicit atom movement; Bloqade Lanes is the atom-shuttle compiler for fixed-lane architectures; Bloqade Decoders provides integrations with popular open-source QEC decoders. Together these projects expose the compilation surface for QuEra's Dynamic Qubit Array hardware model.
