Prismic Content API

The Content API is Prismic's primary read surface. It queries published documents from a repository with a bracketed filter language (`q`), orderings, locale selection, link expansion (`fetchLinks`) and a route resolver that populates each document's URL. Every query must carry a `ref` naming the content version, obtained first from the Repository API. Requests to the `.cdn.prismic.io` host are cached at the edge and are exempt from both the 200-request-per-second rate limit and the plan's monthly API-call quota.
