Nitric Provider Plugins

Pluggable provider implementations that translate declared Nitric resources into cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure using Pulumi (direct deploy) or Terraform (generated config). Custom providers can be authored in any language. Framework/IaC component, not a hosted API.
