Ethereum-style JSON-RPC 2.0 API exposing the =nil; cluster — blocks, transactions (messages), accounts, contract calls, gas pricing, shard enumeration, tokens, and event filters. Read methods require no authentication; state changes are authorized by signed raw transactions.
