Macquarie self-hosts its learning management system as iLearn at ilearn.mq.edu.au and the Moodle web services REST endpoint answers publicly with a structured invalidtoken error, so the service exists and is reachable but every function is credential-gated. No token is issued to the public and no LTI 1.3 platform endpoint answers (enrol/lti/token.php, mod/lti/certs and .well-known/openid-configuration all return 404), so no contract and no LTI conformance is claimed. Recorded because the host is Macquarie's and the deployment is Macquarie's; the Moodle web-service contract itself is upstream Moodle's and is deliberately not saved here.
