WordPress Abilities API - the registry of named abilities an agent may discover and run on this install. Present in the route-discovery document with six routes; every route observed HTTP 401 (`rest_forbidden`) anonymously, and a control path on the same host answers 404, so the surface exists and is capability-gated.

wpe/cache-plugin/v1, wr/v1, fluent-smtp, ada-plugin/v1, wp-site-health/v1, wp-block-editor/v1) are
intentionally excluded as vendor plugin internals.'
