FOLIO mod-erm-usage module API, described in RAML (no OpenAPI published for this module). Interfaces: aggregator-settings 2.0, counter-reports 5.0, custom-reports 2.0, erm-usage-files 1.0, usage-data-providers 3.3. FOLIO is self-hosted: each library deployment exposes these endpoints through its own Okapi/Kong gateway URL.
