HTTP Reports API for accredited registrars: retrieves weekly domain and billing report files (CSV, gzip-compressed) from the Identity Digital registry. Authenticated with registrar login credentials over HTTP basic auth. Registry/partner-facing; not a public REST API and no OpenAPI is published.
