Chalmers runs its learning management system as an Instructure Canvas tenant at chalmers.instructure.com. Chalmers Library publishes several first-party LTI 1.3 / LTI Advantage integrations against it as open source (nodejs-lti-canvas-groups, canvas-group-bookings, canvas-lti-advantage-example), which is genuine institutional LTI engineering — but the Canvas API contract itself is Instructure's and is not stored here.
