OpenID Connect discovery answers unauthenticated at https://login.microsoftonline.com/case.edu/v2.0/.well-known/openid-configuration, and the WS-Federation/SAML metadata document at the tenant GUID returns 200 / 28,441 bytes. Recorded as `federation` rather than discarded as a vendor host: the host and the protocol implementation are Microsoft's, the tenant and the identities inside it are CWRU's. There is no public client registration and no third-party developer access.
