The Capital One POS Credit Card Application API lets merchants embed a Capital One credit card application directly into their point-of-sale checkout experience, so customers can apply and be decisioned at the counter. It reduces friction in acquiring cardholders at the moment of purchase. Access is OAuth 2.0 secured through the DevExchange program, exercised in a sandbox and promoted to production after partner approval.
