APILayer Marketplace API

The APILayer marketplace gateway at api.apilayer.com fronts the third-party APIs listed on marketplace.apilayer.com (Bank Data, Tax Data and others) behind a single subscription. Authentication here is an `apikey` REQUEST HEADER, not the `access_key` query parameter the house products use, and unlike those products the gateway returns a real HTTP 401 on an invalid credential.
