Emissary-Ingress is an open-source, Kubernetes-native API gateway built on Envoy Proxy and a CNCF incubating project, formerly known as Ambassador API Gateway. It uses custom resource definitions (CRDs) including Mapping, Host, Listener, and TLSContext for declarative edge management.
